At Sunday Theory, we carefully curate products designed to bring joy, nostalgia, and everyday discovery. We work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly increased.
Shipping & Delivery
Most items are delivered within 7–12 business days after processing.
Certain specialty products may require additional transit time and can take up to 14 business days for delivery. Estimated shipping times are displayed on applicable product pages.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Most products qualify for free standard shipping.
Select oversized, specialty, or limited-availability items may include a shipping fee. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest possible delivery, products may ship from different fulfillment locations.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may also receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Receiving one item before another does not mean the remaining items have not shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Sunday Theory is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
