At Sunday Theory, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Free from damage, scratches, alterations, or excessive wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or misuse are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Clearance items 
• Promotional or discounted items marked as non-returnable

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Exchanges
At this time, Sunday Theory does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, color, or variant, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 15 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
